FINISHES OF THE BUILDING 

Sayulita is cataloged by the mexican goverment as a Magic Town and as one it has design rules to follow so the buildings match with the Sayulita lifestyle, also the permits for builiding are 4 floors per so there are no very high constructions in town like the Empire State in NY jeje.

 

BUILDING DESIGN

  • Caivama is going to use sandy, beige and brown colors to keep up with the beach and mexican lifestyle of the place. As well as wood and rock finishes.

  • Due to the himidity of the are, Caivama is beign built with a Hebel block system which reduces heat and noise (to not hear the neighbors for example and keep the units fresh).

  • All the units are located and designed to take advantge of the natural light and the lights are Leds to reduce the light consumption in the building which is paid with the HOA and also get harmonious designs

  • The ceiling are 2.8 meters high with an island design made of drywall to be able to place the led spotlights.

  • The wood finishes will be made of Parote and other equially hard woods, so temits wont bite the finishes.

  • Most of the building is concrete encased in a pasta-like material, making it a firm and stong construction in case of earthquakes (which are not very common)

  • The facades in front of the dipping pools inside the units will have fiberglass partition of the light wont fully enter, reducing the heat when you are in the dipping pool. And also keep privacy. This material is resistant to humidity and is against the sun, making it more durable than wood.

  • 2.8 m height for ceilings with an island design and leds.

This project is addressed mainly for rentals, so the units were designed for the owners to buy and don`t complicate in the future about appliances, so most of them are already included, here is the list:
